How to Make Telegram Lower Third in Filmora 9

Step 1: Open a Filmora9

Step 2: Customize Project settings in a  60 FPS

Step 3: Select a Titel option & Add a Default Titel in timeline.

Step 4: Duble Click a text layer. get in advance settings.

Step 5: Create a lower third shaps for the boxs
